Top Stitched, front wrap (double breasted) dress, or top has notched collar, and purchased belt.
View A has long sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs.
Pants have left side zipper.

Jacket is worn due to age.
Pattern pieces are in very good condition, and mostly uncut.
